Responsible use

Clear boundaries for using member material on owned or explicitly authorized technical work.

Pre-launch working draft

Work only where you have authority

Use member material only on systems, code, data, accounts, and environments you own or are explicitly authorized to test.

A technical workflow does not create permission. You remain responsible for applicable law, platform terms, licenses, workplace rules, and the boundaries set by a system owner. If the scope is unclear, stop and obtain written authorization before continuing.

Keep the project bounded

Before beginning technical work, identify the target, permitted actions, excluded systems, data limits, and a clear stopping condition. Keep those boundaries visible throughout the project.

  • Use isolated, local, or staging environments whenever practical.
  • Do not collect credentials, personal data, or access beyond the approved scope.
  • Do not use the material to exploit, evade, harm, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Do not distribute work that would violate a project, platform, or community rule.

Treat model output as untrusted work

Models can produce incorrect, insecure, or out-of-scope changes. Review diffs, inspect dependencies, run relevant checks, and record limitations before treating a checkpoint as ready. A model response is never a substitute for professional judgment or testing.

Respect provider and project rules

The member material is independent guidance. It is not endorsed by third-party software companies or model providers. Your use of those products remains subject to their current terms, policies, fees, and technical limits.

What this draft means

This responsible-use page is pre-launch working copy. It communicates the intended safety boundary now, but it is not legal advice and does not replace final terms. The complete policy set and contact process will be finalized before purchasing opens.
